 Truly Crafty LLC : Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions  govern the use of services provided by Truly Crafty LLC , a Kids Craft Entertainment Services . By booking any event or service with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Service Description

We offer various kids' craft entertainment services, including but not limited to:

- Craft party packages for birthdays, events, and other occasions.

- Craft workshops or classes for children.

- Mobile craft services (where we travel to your event location).

- Supply and delivery of craft kits.

- Custom craft creations for special events.

- Dance and Choreography

 

Each service is tailored to meet the needs of your event and may include supervised crafting sessions, themed craft supplies, and other creative activities.

2. Booking and Reservation

Booking Process: To book a craft service, you must contact us directly by phone or email. A form will be sent to you to fill out.  A booking will only be confirmed once we receive a completed form and a deposit.

  

Deposits & Payment: A deposit of 50 % is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The balance is due no later than 48 hrs before the event date. We accept payments via Zelle, Credit, and Debit. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us by email and phone as soon as possible. No refund will be issued due to inclement weather. No refunds are issued for cancellations. Bookings can be rescheduled if done 2 weeks before the event.

 3. Safety and Supervision

Supervision: All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the craft activity. A Truly Crafty staff member will facilitate craft services but will not be responsible for constant supervision during the event. E.g. bathroom breaks etc. 

 

Truly Crafty staff members cannot see other children and what they are doing while she/he is facilitating a craft. For children's safety and enjoyment, parents or guardians are required to be present in the same area as the children throughout the entire event.

Safety Measures: We take safety seriously and ensure that all materials used in our craft projects are non-toxic and child-friendly. However, we ask that children do not engage in any activity without proper guidance. We do not use sharp tools or hazardous materials. However, children should be advised not to put craft materials in their mouths or eyes.

 

Age Group: Our services are designed for children aged 2 to 12 years. Craft activities may vary by age group, and we reserve the right to recommend suitable activities for your group’s age range.

 

Health & Allergies: It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect a child's participation in the crafting activities. We will do our best to accommodate special needs.

 

4. Craft Materials and Equipment

Supplies: We will provide all the necessary materials for the craft activities, including paints, markers, scissors, glue, and other items required for the project. The materials provided are for use during the event only and remain the property of Truly Crafty LLC unless otherwise stated.

 

Additional Supplies: Should you require additional or custom supplies, these can be arranged in advance for an extra charge.

 

Event Location: The Service will be provided at the location you designate during the booking process. Our service area is Atlanta and surrounding areas. To calculate your mileage our starting point is Northside Dr. NW, Atlanta, 30318 . If the event location is less than 10 miles away, there will be no charge. If the event is more than ten miles, there will be a charge of $2 per mile one way.

 

Space Requirements: To set up the craft stations, we require an area of clean, dry space. This space should be free from any hazardous materials or obstructions. We will arrive 30 minutes or more  before the start of the event for setup. Please ensure that the location is accessible and ready for setup upon our arrival. Any time conflicts can be discussed when the booking is made.

 

 5. Behavioral Guidelines

Respect & Conduct: We expect all children to behave respectfully and responsibly during our events. Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the event with no refund.

 

Damages: You are responsible for repairing or replacing any equipment or property damaged by participants during the event, whether intentional or accidental.

 

6. Liability and Indemnity

Liability: Truly Crafty LLC is not liable for any personal injury or property damage during the event, except where caused by our gross negligence. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s actions and safety during the event.

 

Indemnification: By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truly Crafty LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses that may arise from your use of our services.
 

7. Privacy and Data Collection 

Personal Information: We collect personal information for the purposes of booking and event management. This information is confidential and will only be used as required to provide the services you have requested.

 

Photography and Video: We may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

 

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

 

 9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Atlanta, Ga, without regard to its conflict of law principle.

At Truly Crafty LLC , we take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our services.

- Payment details (for booking and transactions).

Your information is used for:

- Processing bookings and payments.

- Communicating important event-related updates or changes.

- Providing customized craft services and recommendations.

3. Data Security

We implement a range of security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption and secure payment processing. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except where necessary to provide the service (such as payment processors or delivery services).

 5. Cookies

We may use cookies to enhance user experience on our website. You may choose to disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some website features

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the event. We will review the issue and get back to you in a timely manner.
